Retained
Search: A Retained Search is generally
reserved for a rush or extremely sensitive assignment
and requires a financial commitment on the part
of the client prior to beginning the search.
This type of search enables Kuttnauer Search
Group, Inc. to offer more flexibility and resources
to meet the critical client requirements. Retained
Searches are geared for clients who have shown
a commitment to filling positions through our
firm, and a commitment to managing the process
within their firm. A Retain Search will always
take priority over a contingency search.
Contingency
Search: Contingency Searches provide
a fast quality service. Full search Placement
Fees are "contingent" on the hiring
of a referred candidate. Fees for this service
are predetermined at the start of the search
and can be either based on a percentage of the
candidates first years compensation
or a flat fee.
Contract
Staffing: Allows you to bring in professional-level
employees for a specific length of time or for
a specific project. Top Echelon Contracting,
Inc. allows us to supply our client companies
